Middle-Eastern Cultural Festival
We make every effort to involve our students in cultural activities that introduce them to members of other cultural groups. We also believe that it is good for students to perform in public and to present themselves as proud Muslims.
The Middle Eastern Cultural Festival was held at the Adelaide Festival Theatre. It provided the opportunity for a range of multi-cultural groups within South Australia to share various aspects of their culture. Students from the Islamic College sang the school song and the Australian National Anthem. We received an extremely positive response from the audience. The day was a wonderful success and the students enjoyed mixing with other people.
