The subject of Health and Physical Education in Years 3 to 6 involve emotional and physical health. Students are encouraged to reflect on their attitudes and values which contribute to:

  • recognising their personal identity
  • developing self-awareness
  • respecting themselves and others
  • increasing awareness of personal and global health issues

At the Islamic College students participate in daily fitness, physical education lessons and health lessons. Students are encouraged to join our soccer, football and netball teams. They go swimming and are involved in the Jump Rope for Heart Program where they raise money for the National Heart Foundation.
